--primary-color:#191919; --secondary-color:#000000;\" data-bt-override-class=\"{&quot;bt_bb_size_&quot;:{&quot;current_class&quot;:&quot;bt_bb_size_large&quot;,&quot;def&quot;:&quot;large&quot;},&quot;bt_bb_align_&quot;:{&quot;current_class&quot;:&quot;bt_bb_align_inherit&quot;,&quot;def&quot;:&quot;inherit&quot;}}\"><h2 class=\"bt_bb_headline_tag\"><span class=\"bt_bb_headline_content\"><span><strong>Lecture<\/strong><br \/><br \/>\nP.A.R.L.E.R<\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_small\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div data-bb-version=\"5.1.3\"  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-comment\"><\/i> <strong>P.A.R.L.E.R. en Belgique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/system\/files\/documents\/ce-que-parler-veut-diree.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tat des connaissances<\/a> scientifiques sur l\u2019apprentissage de la lecture, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/system\/files\/documents\/presentation-du-programme-parler.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme PARLER<\/a> (Parler Apprendre R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir Lire Ensemble pour R\u00e9ussir) a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 de 2005 \u00e0 2008 par une \u00e9quipe de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Grenoble dans des \u00e9coles primaires dont les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s largement issus de familles d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue du programme, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/system\/files\/documents\/publication-sur-le-programme-parler.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>p<\/u>erformances des \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/a> ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du dispositif \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s proches de celles de la moyenne nationale, voire meilleures concernant celles des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Pacte pour un enseignement d\u2019excellence, qui vise \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 la disposition des \u00e9quipes \u00e9ducatives des ressources p\u00e9dagogiques dont l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/system\/files\/documents\/chapeau-parler-belgique.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une exp\u00e9rimentation<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles afin d\u2019adapter le Programme PARLER aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif belge francophone, d\u2019en \u00e9valuer les effets et de cr\u00e9er un dispositif de formation pour accompagner sa mise en oeuvre.<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-paper-plane\"><\/i> <strong>La recherche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec l\u2019Administration G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Enseignement, une \u00e9quipe de recherche de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/parlerbelgique.uliege.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universit\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge<\/a> a conduit l\u2019\u00e9tude visant \u00e0 examiner l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du Programme PARLER en F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Cinq \u00e9coles volontaires en dispositif d\u2019ajustement (groupe PARLER) ont\u00a0 ainsi\u00a0 b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un accompagnement sp\u00e9cifique pour exp\u00e9rimenter le dispositif du Programme PARLER de la 3\u00e8me maternelle \u00e0 la 2\u00e8me primaire. Un deuxi\u00e8me groupe d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 (groupe Contr\u00f4le). Les deux groupes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s pour comparer les effets du programme sur les apprentissages.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue du programme, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du groupe PARLER ont davantage progress\u00e9 que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves n\u2019ayant pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ce dispositif dans ces trois comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s pour l\u2019apprentissage de la lecture : conscience phonologique, compr\u00e9hension et cat\u00e9gorisation.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que le Programme PARLER tire tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves vers le haut, ceux du groupe contr\u00f4le tendent \u00e0 stagner, en particulier les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s dans l\u2019apprentissage de la lecture.<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-user\"><\/i> <strong>Le dispositif<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans les classes, le Programme PARLER se caract\u00e9rise par la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/system\/files\/documents\/diaporama-parler.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dispositif d\u2019entra\u00eenement<\/a> de la 3\u00e8me maternelle \u00e0 la 2\u00e8me primaire, moment charni\u00e8re de l\u2019apprentissage de la lecture et de l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9crit.<\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances se d\u00e9roulent en petits groupes de besoin, pour travailler des comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9cises et les r\u00e9investir dans des activit\u00e9s de lecture et de compr\u00e9hension d\u2019albums.<\/p>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l\u2019entra\u00eenement, les groupes progressent \u00e0 des rythmes tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Le travail en ateliers permet de diff\u00e9rencier les parcours en fonction des besoins, en adaptant la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019entrainement, le contenu des s\u00e9ances et la composition des groupes pour tenir compte de la progression de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p>Comme\u00a0pour\u00a0tout entra\u00eenement, la fr\u00e9quence et la\u00a0r\u00e9gularit\u00e9\u00a0des s\u00e9ances sont des facteurs d\u00e9terminants pour\u00a0la r\u00e9ussite de ces\u00a0apprentissages, particuli\u00e8rement pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dont les acquis sont les plus fragiles.<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-book\"><\/i> <strong>M\u00e9thode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le dispositif repose sur la mise en \u0153uvre de diff\u00e9rents outils, test\u00e9s et valid\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et en F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles, permettant de travailler la fluence, la compr\u00e9hension et l\u2019\u00e9criture dans le cadre de centres de litt\u00e9ratie. Les outils s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent des fondements th\u00e9oriques et m\u00e9thodologiques communs pour faciliter leur utilisation. Ils permettent un ajustement aux besoins des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les tests diagnostiques propos\u00e9s aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves permettent aux enseignants de diff\u00e9rencier leurs pratiques d\u2019enseignement de la lecture\/e\u0301criture. Par la suite, l\u2019observation des e\u0301le\u0300ves permet d\u2019appre\u0301hender l\u2019e\u0301volution de leurs acquis. Chaque anne\u0301e scolaire, le travail des habilete\u0301s s\u2019organise en 4 modules en alternance : 2 modules de lecture de 4 semaines et 2 modules d\u2019e\u0301criture de 8 semaines. La premie\u0300re partie de l\u2019anne\u0301e est consacre\u0301e au domaine narratif et la seconde a\u0300 l\u2019informatif.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-star\"><\/i> <strong>Les outils<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les entra\u00eenements mis en \u0153uvre dans le Programme PARLER ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us \u00e0 partir de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/system\/files\/documents\/ce-que-parler-veut-diree.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tat des connaissances<\/a> scientifiques sur l\u2019apprentissage de la lecture et les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience des enseignants qui ont men\u00e9 les s\u00e9ances dans des situations ordinaires de classe.<\/p>\n<p>Largement diffus\u00e9s dans les \u00e9coles primaires, leur efficacit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 scientifiquement mesur\u00e9e sur des populations importantes d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves depuis 20 ans.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/catalogue\/conscience-phonologique\">Entra\u00eenement de la Conscience Phonologique<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/catalogue\/comprehension-de-la-langue\">Entra\u00eenement de la Compr\u00e9hension de la langue<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.editions-cigale.be\/catalogue\/fluence-de-lecture\">Entra\u00eenement de la fluence de lecture<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Compatibles avec toutes les d\u00e9marches et toutes les organisations, ils ne constituent pas une m\u00e9thode ou un rem\u00e8de \u00abmiracle\u00bb pour pr\u00e9venir et rem\u00e9dier aux difficult\u00e9s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, mais fournissent aux \u00e9quipes un ensemble d\u2019outils coh\u00e9rents, compl\u00e9mentaires et pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, pour r\u00e9pondre avec efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des besoins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des modalit\u00e9s didactiques pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n<p>Leur mise en oeuvre dans le cadre du Programme PARLER en Belgique a permis de confirmer leur efficacit\u00e9 et leur adaptation au contexte scolaire belge.<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fas fa-user-secret\"><\/i> <strong>La formation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation du Programme PARLER dans des \u00e9coles pilotes de F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles visait \u00e9galement \u00e0 identifier les conditions de r\u00e9ussite de la mise en oeuvre du dispositif d\u2019entra\u00eenement dans les classes, afin de favoriser l\u2019appropriation de ces pratiques nouvelles.<\/p>\n<p>Pour accompagner les \u00e9quipes \u00e9ducatives, une <a href=\"https:\/\/parlerbelgique.uliege.be\/formation-en-ligne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plateforme de formation en ligne<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge, en collaboration avec les enseignants participant au programme. Ce dispositif a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour faciliter l\u2019organisation des s\u00e9ances d\u2019entra\u00eenement et permettre aux enseignants d\u2019animer des ateliers efficaces avec leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>La plateforme regroupe des capsules vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sentant les fondements du programme, des s\u00e9ances en petits groupes et des retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019enseignants.
